We are happy to return deposits and any prior payments made, however we cant offer refunds on products that have been ireversably adapted to your vehicle. Unless an issue is deemed to be fault on our part, We require all agreed sums to be paid forthwith. 

Unless you have opted for a mobile appoinment, you will need to attend our workshop along with your vehicle. Please bring all working keys in your possssion, as any key not present at the time of programing will no longer work. All suppied keys will be handed over to customers direclty, we do not ship products via post.
